Describes to what degree the effect should be applied over time.
The first percentage in each pair represents the cue point of the change
in fade, as a percentage of the clip's duration. The second percentage
represents the actual fade, from zero to 100%.
For this effect module, the fade attribute is used to blend between the core
properties and their faded counterparts.
This effect module uses the fade attribute to provide interpolations of Pixel Bender
parameters.
