Range: integer frames per second

Determines the resolution of possible edits within the mash and is used to calculate the time represented by the start, length, trimstart and trimend property of nested clip tags. If this attribute is zero (the default) then these properties are assumed to be in decimal seconds and the mash is requantized to either the mash's fps property, or if undefined, the quantize attribute of the option tag having type equal to 'mash'
