Range: url to a configuration file with a moviemasher tag
When encountered in any tag at load time, this attribute causes Movie Masher to request
another XML file and parse it into the current configuration.
The file should contain a single moviemasher tag with child tags
in order to affect any changes. These child tags
are appended to the tag before it is evaluated.

bind: an object ID, period and property name
border: positive integer (pixels)
bordercolor: six character hex color value
color: six character hex color value

id: a single unique word within all panel, bar and control tags

source: valid source id or a URL
