The first sequence utilizes the displace module to create a droplet effect as text and video is being crossfaded. Then some composited text is zoomed while being applied in reverse mode, causing the words to invert the underlying visuals. The adjust module is also used to do some color cycling through a video over time, and the transform effect rotates the whole frame at the end.
